chez panisse is in the east bay and berkeley. kron4 is the will tran has been covering the story live this morning. >> detroit just came back. apparently they were doing something at some other fire. they just came back. you can see the arson investigators that are still here and it will be here for quite some time. they're not saying it is arson but they have to sit as some that something was suspicious. they do know where the fire started, it was summer on the outside in the patio area. the flames reached up and damaged even the second story. how it started? they do not know. it was shut down at the time. it happened between 1 and 3:00 in the morning. a berkeley police officer drove by and saw the flame and he or she was the one who called the berkeley fire department to come out. it took them 45 minutes to knock down the flames and get it under control. the good news, there was not a lot of damage done inside. this place is not destroyed, people are happy about that. when it will reopen, no one knows for sure. we get a chance
